JUNE 2010:

CONTRACT WITH PACIFIC DRILLING LTD.

Delitek AS recieved a larger contract from Pacific Drilling Ltd. For in all 8 ship sets our largest waste handling system, the DT-1500MKII and including oil filter/can compactors for each ship set. The deliveries will take place during the fall of 2010 and will be to their 4 brand new Drilling vessels Pacific Bora, Pacific Santa Ana, Pacific Scirocco and Pacific Mistral.

DELIVERY TO HELIX WELL OPS. 

Another offshore project delivery was for HELIX WELL Ops (UK). We have recently shipped their DT-1500MKII Waste compactor system, and this will soon be installed onboard the Well Enchancer Vessel.

MAY 2010:

NEW ORDER FROM TEEKAY SHIPPING.

Our key client Teekay Shipping has startet ordering our waste compactor DT-500MKII for their shuttle tankers. We are supposed to deliver to six of these vessels. Teekay has as usual chosen a system consisting of DT-500MKII EX version, and three containers for each ship sets. 


   

  

ORDER FROM WILHELMSEN SHIP MANAGEMENT. 

We have from Wilhelmsen Ship Management received an order to a FSRU vessel in Dubai UAE. Golar LNG has announced the execution of a long term Floating Storage and Regasification (FSRU) time charter with Dubai Supply Authority (DUSUP), the exclusive purchaser of natural gas in Dubai.  The vessel “Golar Freeze”  was converted to an FSRU, and with a scheduled delivery for 2Q10. The shipment was for a DT-500MKII including three C-500 containers.  Read more here.

APRIL 2010:

ORDER FROM CHEMIKALIEN SEETRANSPORT GMBH.

We have received an order from the German bulktransport company Chemicalien Seetransport. They have decided to install a DT-200i waste system onboard their vessel MT "Colonian Sun". We have previously delivered to the vessels "Bavarian Sun" and "Mexican Sun".

FEBRUARY 2010:

ORDER FROM SUBSEA 7.

One of the world's leading subsea engineering and constructing companies, Subsea 7, has once again decided to order a DT-1500MKII waste compactor system from Delitek AS. In January theu ordered the same compactor for another ship, only this time for their vessel "Seven Seas".

JANUARY 2010:

Order received from Aker Drilling – “AKER SPITSBERGEN”.

Aker Drilling has together with StatoilHydro (operator) decided to install two (2) ship sets of the DT-1500mkII waste compactor model with extra containers onboard Aker Drilling’s 6th generation rig design -   “Aker Spitsbergen”.

“Aker Spitsbergen” is a Semi Submersible Drilling Rig with H-6e design. The H-6e represents today’s state of the art and is built on experience from previous designs. A special focus when developing this design has been to enable safe and efficient operations in deep waters and harsh offshore environments, including environmental sensitive areas.

NEW PO FROM METALSHIPS SHIPYARD IN SPAIN. 

Metalships shipyard in Spain have decided to install the DT-500mkII marine trash compactor onboard NB 289. Ship-owner is Bourbon Oceanteam from Norway.

PO received from Subsea7

Subsea7, one of the world's leading subsea engineering and construction companies, has decided to install the DT-500mkII with four (4) waste containers onboard “Seven Navica”.

 “Seven Navica” is a pipelay vessel built in 1999. The vessel has a track record of successful pipelay installation projects across the globe.

NEW ORDER RECEIVED FROM BELMER SYSTEMS INC.  

We have received a new PO for the DT-200i “Green ship” waste compactor, with three (3) extra C-200 containers. The PO also included a DT-500GC glass crusher compactor.

The above-mentioned waste handling equipment will be installed onboard M/V Sputnik.

DESEMBER 2009:

NEW PO FOR THE DT-1500MKII "GREEN SHIP" WASTE COMPACTOR

We have received a new PO from NSW in Germany (Norddeutsche Seekabelwerke) for the DT-1500mkII waste compactor model. It is Delitek sales agent in Germany, MOE (Marine & Offshore Equipment GmbH) that has been in charge towards NSW on behalf of Delitek.  We would like to take this opportunity to express our thankfulness to Mr. Tim Kutscher & Mr. Harald Sinske from MOE for excellent assistance throughout the whole process towards NSW.

NEW PO FOR THE DT-500MKII RECEIVED FROM DSD SHIPPING IN NORWAY 

We have received a new PO from DSD shipping in Norway. The DT-500mkII waste compactor will be installed outdoors / on open deck onboard DSD’s new building vessel TBN1357- M/T "Stavanger Bell". We have previously delivered the same compactor model for use onboard M/T "Stavanger Blossom" & M/T "Stavanger Bliss". Mr. Tor Bryne (Senior Engineer - Technical Environment) and Einar Marwald (Vessel superintendent) stated that they decided to install the same compactor model onboard M/T "Stavanger Bell" due to very positive feedback from other DSD vessels that has Delitek compactors onboard.

New delivery of the DT-1500mkII with extra containers to Bergen Yards / Mermaid Offshore from Thailand

Mermaid Offshore have decided to install the DT-1500mkII waste compactor model, with extra containers, onboard their new multipurpose diving vessel “Mermaid Endurer” acquired from Aquanos / Bergen Group BMV. This is the exact same waste compactor configuration as Mermaid Offshore has installed onboard several other vessels.

The ship is newly developed by Skipsteknisk AS (LTD) in Ålesund and has design no ST 254 CD L. The ship will be excellently equipped and able to operate world-wide, in an industry which is constantly developing and is putting ever stricter demands to solutions and material used under increasingly demanding conditions.

NOVEMBER 2009,  2 PO'S FROM ASMAR SHIPBUILDING, CHILE

Naval Technica Export GmbH from Germany has ordered the DT-200i waste compactor model on behalf of their client, ASMAR Shipyard from Chile. The waste compactors will be installed onboard the new building vessels belonging to Isfelag from Iceland. Both vessels are combined Purse Seiner and Pelagic Trawlers.

NOVEMBER 2009,  NEW DELIVERY TO ELETSON CORP VIA OUR AGENT IN GREECE

We have received additional PO for the DT-200i and 3 waste containers, for source segregation of the waste according to MARPOL 73/78 guidelines, via our Greece agent Internava Ltd and Mr. Stavros Makris. This is the 5th ship-set of the same compactor model (incl. 3 containers) delivered so far in 2009 to Eletson Corp. The compactor system will be installed onboard M/V “ANGISTRI”.

NOVEMBER 2009,  NEW DELIVERY OF THE DT-1500MKII WITH EXTRA CONTAINERS TO MERMAID OFFSHORE FROM THAILAND

Mermaid Offshore from Thailand have decided to install the DT-1500mkII waste compactor model onboard their new building DP2 Dive Support Vessel “Mermaid Asiana”. In addition we recently received a new order for the vessel "Mermaid Endurer". We have previously delivered the DT-1500MKII to other vessels belonging to Mermaid Offshore .

NOVEMBER 2009,  STX SHIPYARDS CONTINUE TO BUY WASTE COMPACTORS FOR DELITEK

We have received 3 new orders for the DT-200i “Green ship” waste compactor from STX Offshore in strong competition with our competitors. The waste compactors will be delivered with ozonizers for removing odour and bacterial growth. Ship-owner is AGIP. We would like to thank Mr. Stig Gjelsten from STX Offshore for all good words regarding Delitek compactors towards AGIP.

OCTOBER 2009,  RECEIVED CONTRACT FOR DELIVERIES TO KRISTIAN GERHARD JEBSEN SKIPSREDERI AS.

We are very proud to have been awarded the contract for delivery of waste compactor systems to the entire KGJS AS fleet, including 10 newbuildings. Each shipsset includes EX-versions for hazardious areas and containers for 3 way segration of waste. OCTOBER 2009,  DELITEK AS IS NOW QUALIFIED ACCORDING TO ACHILLES JSQ

Delitek agent in USA, Compactors Inc, has received an order for the DT-120S - combined oil filter & paint bucket compactor FOR USNS RAINIER, US NAVY. USNS Rainier is the second ship in the Supply class of fast combat support ships

OCTOBER 2009,  PPL SHIPYARD, SINGAPORE ORDERS MARINE WASTE HANDLING SYSTEM

Our agent Goltens Singapore have received an order from PPL Shipyard for a complete waste handling system consisting of the DT-500mkII waste compactor model with 3 extra containers.The order also included a DT-500GC glass crusher. The waste handling system will be installed onboard PPL’s NB project P-2029, which is a Jack-up Rig owned by Sinopec Shanghai Offshore Petroleum Exploration & Development Corp.

OCTOBER 2009,  2 NEW PO's FROM SEADRAGON OFFSHORE VIA OUR AGENT GOLTENS, SINGAPORE.

Goltens Singapore has secured 2 new orders for the DT-200i compactor from SeaDragon Offshore in Singapore. The compactors will be installed onboard SeaDragon’s 6th Generation semi-submersibles, both currently under construction. The vessels will be two of the largest semi-submersibles in the world and have global ultra deepwater and harsh environment capability.

OCTOBER 2009,  PO FROM ISLAND OFFSHORE GROUP

We have received a new PO from Island Offshore Group for the DT-500mkII waste compactor model with 2 extra C-500 waste containers. The waste compactor system will be installed onboard M/V “Island commander” (PSV - DP2 type / UT 776 CD design). This is the same compactor configuration as we have delivered to more than 10 vessels belonging to Island Offshore. SEPTEMBER 2009, TOP EXAM RESULTS FOR "DELITEK" - WELDER

Delitek wish to congratulate Mr. Jon-Arne Skogan. Jon-Arne is employed by our production partner INKO AS, and is working exclusively with assembling and welding of our waste compactor products. The previous young apprentice has recently finished his qualifying examination with extraordinary top results. Jon-Arne received the best exam results for Troms region in 14 years. The Norwegian ship-owner Sartor Shipping have decided to use the DT-200i compactor model with extra containers onboard their 2 new building vessels, which currently are under construction at the Chinese Shipyard Wison Heavy Industry . The vessels are of Vik-Sandvik 465 FSV design and are scheduled to be delivered in 2010 & 2011.

JULY 2009, DELIVERY TO VROON, THE NETHERLANDS

We have delivered a new complete ship set of our popular DT-200i "Green Ship" Waste Compactor to Vroon, Netherlands. The compactor with extra containers was installed onboard their newbuilding M/V 7110 PCTC Express III. 

JULY 2009, DELIVERY TO VALLES STEAMSHIP, CANADA

Our China agent, Dan Marine Ltd, received PO for model DT-200i to Valles Steamship. This unit was installed onboard the Aframax tanker M/T "Seaheritage".

JULY 2009, DELIVERY TO SEVAN DRILLING PTE LTD, SINGAPORE

Sevan Marine Pte Ltd has purchased our largest waste compactor system, the DT-1500MKII model. The waste compactor and a total of 5 containers for waste segregation will be installed on their new offshore rig "Sevan Driller". 

Sevan Driller is designed to include the most advanced drilling capabilities in the industry and is based on Sevan's own patented technology. The unit has a capacity of drilling of wells up to 40,000 feet in water depths of up to 12,500 feet, a variable deck load of more than 15,000 metric tons and high storage capacity of bulk materials. Sevan Driller is equipped with an internal storage capacity of up to 150,000 barrels of oil.

JULY 2009, DELIVERY TO CONSTANTA SHIPYARD, ROMANIA

We have received a repeat order from Constanta Shipyard for a waste compactor system consisting of the DT-500mkII compactor modell, with 3 extra containers, for use onboard M/V ”Histria Diamond”    

We have previously delivered the exact same compactor system for installation onboard Constanta Shipyards NB 581 & NB 582.

JUNE 2009, THE FIRST (OF 3) DELIVERY TO DAVIE YARDS, CANADA/ CECON ASA

JUNE 2009, DELIVERY TO VROON B.V

Vroon B.V, has purchased a DT-200i system for testing on one of their vessels. Vroon's intentions is to install the same compactor on most of their vessels if the tests are satisfying.

MAY 2009, PURCHASE ORDER FROM PGS

Delitek AS has received another order from PGS for a complete waste handling solution for a new , third generation Ramform vessel. Delitek AS has previously deilvered similar systems to most of the older Ramform vessels. The crew have been very proactive in the process and the feedback from the users is very positive. Delitek AS wish to thank Chief Officer Morten Larsen and Captain Sigfred Esaiassen especially.

  

APRIL 2009, DELIVERY TO WESTERN GECO

We are happy to announce that we just have delivered another waste compactor for Western Geco. In 2008 we delivered one unit for "Gilavar" and now we are suppling the vessel "Regent".

   

APRIL 2009, DELIVERY TO RXT ASA, Norway

We received a new order for DT-500MKII waste compactor to a seismic vessel for RXT (Reservoir  Exploration Technology) ASA. The vessel is currently under construction at Vaagland Båtbyggeri.

  

APRIL 2009, DELIVERY TO SBM Offshore (Single Buoy Moorings)

Delitek AS has in april shipped 3 complete shipsset to SBM Offshore (Atlantia). This is the 4th delivery to the SBM Group. The last order was negotiated by our U.S agent Compactors Inc. 

  

MARCH 2009, DELIVERY TO ACERGY NORWAY AND ACERGY FRANCE.

Delitek AS have delivered a HD shredder unit for Acergy Norway AS (Vessel Acergy Discovery) and have further contract for delivery of DT-1500MKII waste compactor system to Acergy France.

MARCH 2009, DELIVERY TO CHEVRON, THAILAND

Chevron Thailand has ordered a complete waste compactor unit with spare containers for the FSO Erawan. Delitek AS hope this will lead to more deliveries for other Chevron installations, after the testing is done of the first unit.

  

FEBRUARY 2009, DELIVERY TO STX EUROPE

We have received PO's for DT-200i shipsset for newbuilding vessels 66 and 68 at STX Brevik. We will also supply STX Søviknes (newbuildings 726, 727 and 728) via our agent Mare Safety AS.

  

FEBRUARY 2009 DELIVERY TO ELETSON GREECE

The first units of our new waste compactor model, the DT-200i, have been shipped to Eletson Corporation, Greece. We have delivered the first of a total of 7 shipsset this year. Our agent in Greece, Internava Technical & Trading has been in charge of the delivery.

   

JANUARY 2009,  DELITEK AS PROUDLY PRESENTS NEW MODEL DT-200i 

After long time in the making, we are now finally ready to present our new DT-200i waste compactor in the marked. Recently (January and February 2009) we have already delivered the  first commercial units (4 of 8 units) to Eletson Corporation, Greece and E.R.Schiffahrt Germany.

With background in the requirements from customers for an suitable indoor system to complete our waste compactor range , we started to develop the DT-200i waste compactor.

At first glance, the DT-200i might just look like a smaller version of the DT-500MKII/DT-1500MKII series. However, The DT-200i has a complete new container design, it use low cost heavy duty plastic bags instead of Big bags, and finally it combines both sack compaction and baling functions.

OCTOBER 2008 DELITEK RECEIVES "GAZELLE COMPANY" STATUS.

Delitek is now allowed to entitle itself as a "Gazelle company" in 2008 for amongst other having doubled it sales for 2007. Read more here.

After a thorough process with development of custom-made compactor models for the offshore industry, DT-500MKII & DT-1500MKII offshore versions, we can report of successful installations on "Transocean Winner and "Oseberg Øst offshore rigs.

The system with direct compaction in to "Big bags simplifies the waste handling, is space saving onboard and contributes to better logistics between rig and waste disposal site.

Mr. Eirl Marholm of Norsk Hydro ASA
/Mongstadbase AS has been central in the development process of our offshore versions. Delitek AS and Norsk Hydro ASA have through mutual teamwork and product design developed offshore versions, which adopts to the guidelines given in OLF-93 as well as having the users (crew) of the system in focus.

A direct consequence of Mr Marholm's participating in the development process is that we can present offshore versions of our products DT-500MKII and DT-1500MKII.

Installation and testing of the units as well as the coordination and manufacturing of the bumper and shelter for the environmental station on "Oseberg Øst", is done by our collaborating partner ALTINEX Harstad


Leif Høegh ASA

Leif Hoegh ASA has through the Hoegh Fleet Services AS division participated in the development of our new "state of the art model DT-500MKII.

Delitek AS was chosen as supplier of waste handling system to the Hoegh fleet and our DT-500MKII model, with effective source segregation, are in use onboard the vessels "Hoegh Gandria and "Hual Trident". We receive very positive feedback from these vessels regarding functionality and efficiency.

Delitek AS has delivered the same systems to Hoegh's new flagship for the LNG sector, "Artic Princess", and the same system will be delivered to "Artic Lady in 2007. These vessels will be in service for STATOIL ASA and TOTAL ASA for chartering of LNG from Hammerfest to Europe/ USA.

Delitek AS wish to thank Hoegh Fleet Service's Kristian Sandem (Manager Environment), Kaare Weider (Purchase) and Hoegh Fleet Services UK Branch, for a very successful cooperation.

Delitek AS and Hoegh have in cooperation developed a waste compactor that satisfies the stringiest customer requirements, in order to achieve the best possible waste handling solution onboard the vessels. We will congratulate Hoegh with a future-oriented system and as an active contributor in order to encourage environmental effective system onboard the merchant fleet.

Chief Officer Freddy Molund onboard LNG "Artic Princess reports that the waste handling system works very well onboard, and has contributed to an easier waste management. The vessels do also receive positive comments and goodwill when the waste is deployed in the harbors.


Delivery to TeeKay Shipping

Delitek AS has delivered the first 16 shipset of Green ship waste compactors to Teekay Shipping, Canada. The delivery included the DT-500MKII with 2 spare containers for segregation of waste. We have also delivered waste compactors and Glass Crushers to Teekay Shipping Australia for the ships Goonyella Trader, Saraji Trader and Pacific Triangle.

In 2005 a DT-500 system consisting of waste compactor and 3 spare container was installed onboard Wilh. Wilhelmsen Ship "Tampa". Chief officer Stein J Nilsen says the system works very good. The waste is segregated in 4 different categories, one for each container.
