The oil-filter compactor is developed on basis of new sets of regulations for treatment and duty of delivery of waste on shore (EU-directive 2000/59/EC). The directive cover regulations for treatment of waste for all kinds of vessels, with the exception of leisure boats.

DT-120s uses a minimum of space onboard and can be placed almost everywhere, for example in an engine room or as a part of an onboard environmental station.

DT-120s is a powerful hydraulic compactor, which empties oil filters completely. The extracted waste oil from the filter is drained into a separate tank or barrel and can be delivered onshore. In addition you can use the compactor to reduce volume of paint buckets, tins etc.

The compactors are very easy to use. The oil-filter is placed in the press chamber, the door is closed and the filter is compressed automatically by pressing the start button on the electric panel. The oil is drained into an external tank.
