DT-500MKII & DT-1500MKII waste compactors

DT-500MkII and DT-1500MkII are marine stainless steel waste compactors designed for use on board vessels and offshore installations. They are capable to withstand the most severe weather conditions. Both the compactor and its container are produced in stainless steel to ensure a corrosion free lifetime and low maintenance costs.The DT-500MkII and DT-1500MkII compactors are built with container cubic capacities of 0,5 cubic meter or 1,5 cubic meter
and compaction forces of 10 to 15 tons respectively. Waste is compacted directly into a mobile container fitted with a specially
sewn "big-bag". The bag can be sealed when removed.
Single or double chamber configurations can be supplied to maximize segregation of waste categories to satisfy the requirements
of MARPOL 73/78 and ISM Codes regarding the on board treatment of waste from ships.
The systems are modular, i.e. they can at a later stage also be expanded with extra (one or more) containers to provide even
more segregation of waste.
